From first call to ongoing nursing care
We know that arranging clinical care for a loved one can be stressful. That's why we designed a process that's simple, transparent, and entirely pressure-free. There are no hidden fees, no commitments, and we'll never push you into a rushed decision. From first contact to the first nurse visit, every step is guided by your family's needs and coordinated with the treating physician.
Free Assessment
An experienced nurse contacts you, at no cost and with no obligation. We assess your loved one's clinical needs, review the prescribed treatment, and discuss your family's questions and concerns. Based on all this, we design a personalized nursing care plan together - tailored exclusively to your situation and coordinated with the treating physician.
Nursing Care Plan & First Visit
Based on the assessment, we schedule a visit by a specialized, registered nurse and set out the procedures to be performed - injections, blood draws, wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, vital signs, or medication management. Every nurse is qualified and experienced. You decide the schedule that suits your family.
Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Our relationship doesn't end after the first visit. We conduct regular check-ins, listen to your feedback, and step in immediately if something needs to change. The nursing care plan is reviewed regularly as needs evolve, always in coordination with the treating physician.
Care never stops. Our team is available 7 days a week, 8:00 to 20:00, to answer your questions, arrange visits, and adjust the nursing care plan as needs change. You're not alone in this journey - we're with you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can a nurse visit?
Usually within 48-72 hours of the free assessment, depending on specific needs. For urgent cases, we can respond within 24 hours, during our operating hours of 8:00 to 20:00.
What if I want to change the care plan?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your needs change, we adjust the nursing care plan at any time, in coordination with the treating physician.
Is there a minimum contract duration?
No. We don't require a minimum-duration contract. You can modify or cancel services at any time.
