• Vital signs measurement: Blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, and temperature are measured on-site using portable equipment and recorded.
• Blood draws and sample collection at home: Blood and other specimens are collected at the home using proper aseptic technique and sent to the laboratory, with results delivered electronically to the family.
• Electrocardiogram (ECG): ECG recording with portable equipment for review by the treating physician.
• Medication management: Organising and supporting medication intake according to the physician’s instructions, without adjusting dosage independently.
• Chronic condition monitoring: Regular visits to track indicators in hypertension, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory conditions, and other ongoing health concerns that require consistent attention.

How It Works

1. Appointment: Contact us by phone or online and choose the day and time that works best for you. Visits take place 08:00–20:00, 7 days a week, and you can request a one-off visit or set up a regular schedule of recurring appointments.

2. Visit: The nurse arrives at the home with the necessary equipment and takes the time needed for the tests and measurements, observing aseptic technique and safety throughout. The familiar home environment also helps the patient feel more at ease.

3. Follow-up: After the visit, the family receives a written clinical report covering the findings and the recommended monitoring plan, and results are shared with the treating physician. The next appointment is scheduled, and we remain available for questions between visits.
