Caregiver Vetting Process

How we ensure quality

Every caregiver in our network goes through a rigorous, multi-stage screening process before working with families. Patient safety is our highest priority - that's why we never compromise on quality. Less than 20% of candidates pass our evaluation process. This means every caregiver who arrives at your home has proven their competence, character, and dedication.

1

Certification Verification

We verify all professional certifications, educational qualifications, and practicing licenses. We contact issuing bodies directly to confirm authenticity. We don't settle for photocopies - we want absolute certainty.

2

Criminal Background Check

Full criminal record check in cooperation with the relevant authorities. No caregiver begins work without a clean criminal record. This check is repeated at regular intervals.

3

Personal Interview & Assessment

We assess skills, character, and motivation through structured interviews. We also check references from previous employers or patients. We care about professional ability and human quality in equal measure.

4

Training & Certification

Before they start, our caregivers complete a 40+ hour training program covering first aid, elderly care, medication management, family communication, and emergency response.

5

30-Day Probation Period

Every caregiver begins with a supervised probation period. We evaluate real-world performance, collect family feedback, and confirm the partnership works before it becomes permanent.

6

Ongoing Evaluation

Evaluation doesn't stop after hiring. We conduct regular quality checks, unannounced visits, and annual reviews. Continuous improvement is part of our culture.
