Ifigeneia Chionidi is a dietitian-nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience, with a particular love for making nutrition simpler, more realistic and, above all, more enjoyable. She specialises in the care and management of diabetes, and brings extensive experience from her work in the private sector as well as from academic collaborations at research level.

She has taken part in scientific talks, public-awareness events and research studies, and has worked with food-service professionals on menu creation and nutritional analyses.

Alongside this, she has trained people with type 1 diabetes in carbohydrate counting and in managing their everyday diet, with the aim of improving both their health and their quality of life.

Her goal is to support the promotion and improvement of health through proper nutrition, tailored to each person's individual way of life.
